Glass, sand, aluminum, wood.

Sand collected off the bodies of beach goers as well as the artist, through volunteerism and exchange at nude beaches was used to create sanding gloves to erode the transparency of a 100 lbs, one inch thick, piece of glass. A double paned glass vessel holding the remainder of the sand lays below the suspended and sanded glass. Viewers are able to walk around and look through the glass.
